Please be advised that refunds will not be granted for the following scenarios:

  • Payment gateway charges of any kind.
  • Change of mind after the 30-day period has elapsed.
  • VAT and tax associated with the price of goods or services.
  • Unused credits remaining after the service’s validity period has expired.
  • Setup fees or charges, such as Masking registration fees.
  • Payment collection charges, including Clearing Cheque fees, Swift Inward Remittance charges, Intercity online transaction fees, etc.
  • Accounts acquired under promotional offers, whether or not a promo code was used, are exempt from the 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Any excess funds sent to SMS BEE beyond the owed amount will only be reimbursed in the form of account credit and cannot be refunded in cash.

  • Nagad: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days through reversal or disbursement.
  • Debit or Credit Card: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days through card payment reversal.
  • Bank Deposit: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days through BEFTN or IFT.
  • Rocket, Mcash, OK Wallet, Dmoney, Tap ‘n Pay, iPay, and similar services: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days through reversal or disbursement.
  • Digital Wallet and Internet Banking: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days through reversal or disbursement.
